Access and use rules for the Hexatenberg platform.

These Terms of Use define the rules for using the website <strong>http://localhost</strong> and the associated SaaS services provided by [NOM_SOCIETE].

1. Acceptance of the Terms

Accessing the platform, creating an account, or installing the "Hexatenberg" plugin implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use.

2. Service description

Hexatenberg provides a platform that enables:

  • Downloading Gutenberg blocks (via plugin or direct download).
  • Centralized license management for multiple WordPress sites.
  • Access to technical documentation.

3. Account and security

The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and license key (API key). Any action performed with these credentials is deemed to be made by the user. Account sharing is prohibited. A license is personal (or linked to a single agency). In case of suspected key theft or fraudulent use, [NOM_SOCIETE] reserves the right to disable the relevant license without notice.

4. Fair use of the API

The user agrees not to use the service abusively. In particular, the following are prohibited:

  • Excessive automated requests to the Hexatenberg API (DDoS, aggressive scraping).
  • Bypassing technical protection measures (DRM, license verification).
  • Reselling active license keys to third parties (separate from redistribution of GPL code).

5. Service availability (SLA)

6. Intellectual property

The following must be distinguished:

  • Block code: Licensed under GPL (free to redistribute).

7. Changes and applicable law
