Hexatenberg provides WordPress blocks under the GPL license, paired with a proprietary commercial service (auto-updates, support, SaaS). The paid license covers access to the Service, while the code remains free.

2. Access and licenses
Access to services (downloads, updates) requires an active license. Sharing your API keys is prohibited and may result in account suspension. The license defines a quota of sites connected to the SaaS.
3. Payment and renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically (annual or monthly). Secure payments via Stripe. If you cancel, you keep your installed blocks (GPL) but lose access to updates and support.
4. Withdrawal
Because the digital content is available immediately, the purchase is final. By validating the order, you waive your 14-day withdrawal right (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
5. Liability
Products are provided "as is". The customer must verify technical compatibility. Hexatenberg is not responsible for conflicts with third-party plugins or service interruptions due to force majeure.
